Last summer, I was a guest on a podcast and the host asked me what my ideal career would look like. I kind of stumbled through my answer since the kind of position I want doesn't really exist in the 9–5 world (at least I don't think it does) and I have no desire to become a full-time freelancer.
Purely out of curiosity, I asked ChatGPT to write a job description for someone who would work with multiple clients through an agency and educate them on how to create accessible and inclusive social media campaigns. Below is what it came up with, and honestly, it's not bad. The job title is a bit of a mouthful, but the rest sounds pretty good. Now if only I could convince brands like Sprout Social, Inc., Hootsuite, HubSpot, Buffer, and Agorapulse to create an in-house position like this.
